More jail

August 2008 I got arrested at the scene of an attempted theft of a cash machine, it was early hours of the morning, the cash machine was in the side of a petrol station, the power and alarm had been disabled and the thief’s had made a hole in the wall to gain access to the room where the cash machine was, just before they managed to cut it open the police arrived, it turned out that the owner had cctv linked to her home and the head torches of the thief’s in the darkened out room had woke her up as it was displayed on her tv in her bedroom, the power had only been cut to the forecourt lights allowing the cctv to stream live to her home! as I was inside the room just about to call for the gas axe to cut open the machine I noticed on the cctv monitor a police car pull up! I dived out the hole head first straight into a police officer, paddy my co-defendant was not far behind me, I knocked the police man over and ran through him, paddy in toe, getting up to a full sprint making my way to a van i had round the corner, I see a police man jump out from round the corner of the garage, he extended his arm in a swinging motion and hit me in the face with a 4 cell mag light! Knocking me on my backside for a split second, blood filled my eye socket and I was jumped on

by the police and held to the ground. I was arrested there and then for burglary, paddy ran off and got arrested a few hundred yards down the road. I was taken to the police station then to hospital to get my eye sorted, my eye closed up with the swelling and I later made a claim that I was blind in this eye due to the trauma. This claim went on for 4 years with trips to see top eye specialists, I even convinced them I was blind! The claim was only lost due the solicitor I hired going out of business and me being in jail unable to secure a new one in time. Back to the police station it was the usual rigmarole, interview, charge, refused bail, I was back in HMP Bullingdon, 3 months on remand we went to court, I had studied free masonry using an internet phone I had in jail, when at court I tried out my distress signals on the judge, with a wink and a smile I said to paddy ill get us out, I started my signalling, it looked like I was doing the hand and arm signals the people that direct planes do to guild them into a parking bay! As the cash machine had not yet been touched the police could not prove our intention and We pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of burglary for the cigarettes, the judge gave us 12 months suspended 6 months tag! I couldn’t believe it, we walked out of court that day and I was a legend in Paddys eyes. Did my signals do anything? I’ll never know.

THREE BENTLEY GTC’S VALUE £365.000, 4 YEARS JAIL SENTENCE


After my release the crime continued and I got involved in a burglary of a Bentley garage, 3 Bentley convertibles were stolen, I managed to trick the tag box by using the same radio wave jamming devices I had used to block out the trackers on cars, it works by blocking out the signals to the box from the tag and prevents the box from ringing the tag company, before long I was out and about again arranging to steal high value cars to send abroad.




Setting up the Bentley garage, I had bought some lock picks, in just seconds the door was unlocked! The alarm went off and we locked the door back up and hid over the road waiting for the alarm company to arrive, half hour later a man in a g4s van arrived, walking round checking the doors and windows he found no signs of entry and reset the alarm and left, back to the door we picked it again set the alarm off and hid, the security guard arrived and did the same as before, then left, the third time we disabled the siren and picked the same lock setting off the alarm again, we hid for an hour and as we had planned the guard didn’t come to check, this is the norm for what the security companies see as a false alarm, they only attend twice. That meant we had the garaged to ourselves all night I made a few calls to Albania and south America to get exact orders telling the buyers what they had the choice of, it was like I was in tescos! I could have taken all 30 of the cars! But Having confirmed orders for the 3 convertibles at £40.000 each! I stuck to them.

Walking round the garage like I was a normal customer I noticed The inside display had a Zonda which I would have taken if I had a buyer, but I left it as we was there for the Bentleys, I got the

keys for the 3 that we wanted and throwing them over to the 2 drivers they started them up, the three cars in a line we drove them to the locked main gate, I was in front with the petrol disc cutter on the passenger seat, I jumped out fired it up and cut through the barriers and gate in seconds, swinging the gates open I jumped back into the driver’s seat and lead the way out, it was like a scene out of the film gone in sixty seconds only better. There was a lorry opposite the garage with a team of workmen cleaning out drains, they see the whole thing. I would not normally have been so involved but being the only one that could use the bump keys and wanting to make sure we got the right cars to order I participated. Off we went flying down the road, 3 brand new Bentleys all in a row, it was 3am and getting onto the empty M4 the other 2 lads driving behind decided to have some fun, I was cruising along trying not to attract attention when they went flying past, I put my foot down to keep up and in range of the 2way radios, we soon reached near the max speed of 200mph! Flying past a few cars in the slow lane I always wondered what it would have looked like to them seeing these 3 top of the range convertible Bentleys racing past at nearly 180mph.


To cut a long story short I got nicked weeks later for this burglary due to one of the drivers leaving a finger print at the scene and later grassing me up. With little evidence I fought the case all the way...I’ll get onto to that later.


ROBBERY OF A CASH MACHINE SECURITY BOX

Whilst on sec47.3 police bail for the Bentley burglary some guys robbed a security guard of a cash box as he was filling up a atm, it contained £25.000. 6 months after the robbery I was arrested. I was charged with the robbery and given bail which was strange as I never got bail, it turned out that the police bailed me and put a team of undercover officers on me round the clock to watch me, they didn’t have a lot of evidence for the Bentley garage or the robbery so wanted to get me for whatever else they could. They was easy to spot and I used to play games with the police, I would drive round and around having them follow me and stop in the middle of road and wave at them, I went over to two undercovers that had parked opposite my flat in a work van and offered them a cup of tea. I told them I knew they was police and they drove off, I rang the police officer behind this operation and told him not waste police time as I knew I was being watched. I couldn’t resist letting them know i knew. I stood trial for the robbery in 2010, ill get to that in a bit.
